↗. The bidder who is awarded the contract will be required to pay a fee to PennBidTM. The names of those who have secured plans/specifications may be obtained at PennBidTM.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
This project is subject to the Township’s “Responsible Contractor Bidding Requirements.” These requirements can be found above.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
The project involves the removal of the existing vehicle fueling system and replacement with two (2) new tanks, dispensers, and associated piping, wiring and controls.
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Township
